Currently, we are searching for an ambitious and motivated candidate, who will contribute to the further development of the company in Bulgaria by filling the position of:

Health & Safety Engineer

Responsibilities:

• As a member of the H&S team, works to enhance the health and safety culture on site;
• Observes and maintains a safe work environment in order to comply with procedures, rules and regulations;
• Actively monitors and researches industry trends, safety standards and regulatory changes;
• Assists in the maintenance of the Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001);
• Participates in accident and incident investigations and the preparation of reports, assisting in the identification of possible causes and hazards;
• Supports Plant H&S Manager on developing Health & Safety training programs;
• Works in collaboration with H&S department in the headquarters abroad.

Requirements:

• Relevant University degree and good English language skills;
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a relevant position is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills;
• Outstanding attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Energetic, organized and goal oriented personality.
