Currently, we are searching for an ambitious and motivated candidate, who will contribute to the further development of the company by filling the position of:

Maintenance Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and overseeing all of the activities, related to equipment maintenance, including preventive measures, in accordance with established company standards and procedures;
• Leading, coordinating, controlling, developing and training a team of 5 maintenance professionals;
• Managing and actively participating in projects, related to the installation of new production equipment;
• Monitoring and analyzing the utilization of tools, equipment, and spare parts and implementing improvement activities accordingly;
• Budgeting for investments, spare parts and other related expenses;
• Preparation of all of the necessary instructions and documentation.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience (experience in electronic manufacturing and industrial standards will be an advantage);
• Technical University Degree – Automation, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, machine tools and operations, trouble shooting;
• Experience in Project Management will be an advantage;
• Very good English, both written and verbal;
• Very good communication and leadership skills, pro-active, able to prioritize, strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
