Currently, we are searching for an experienced, ambitious and motivated candidate, who will contribute to the further development of the company by filling the position of:

Supplier Quality Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, conducting audits and assessments;
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions;
• Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics and reports;
• Support new supplier qualification processes, including PPAP and FAI;
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive problem-solving activities for non-conformances;
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949;
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve supplier quality and production processes.

Skills & Requirements: 

• Experience in supplier quality or a related role in the manufacturing industry;
• Relevant University degree and good English;
• Knowledge of quality systems, tools, and standards;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail.
