In order to support the company’s development in their production plant in Sofia, we are searching for an experienced, ambitious and motivated candidate to join their team by filling the following position:

Continuous Improvement / Lean Manager

Reports to: General Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Organizes and leads the overall activity of implementing and developing lean management system in the company
• Drive and inspire the organization to create a Lean Culture
• Performs periodic analysis of processes in order to find potential for improvements
• Conducts regular trainings on the philosophy, principles, methods and tools of LEAN at all levels of the company
• Coordinates and plans the introduction of new LEAN tools to improve the company’s operations
• Works in close cooperation with Lean Department in headquarters and prepares regular reports to the management

Qualifications and requirements:

• Several years of relevant experience in manufacturing
• Experience in the field of Lean, 5S or other good practices and methodologies for improvements
• Project management experience
• Technical University Degree, Lean trainings and good English language
• Decision making and observation ability
• Competence and capability, ability to convince people and excellent communication skills
• Energetic, proactive and goal oriented personality
