Responsibilities:

• Participates and coordinates company internal projects and processes
• Calculates costs, develops and reports indicators, plans resources
• Analyzes practices, identifies weaknesses, makes suggestions for improvements and optimizations
• Implements approved recommendations, prepares instructions and procedural guidelines
• Researches technical or market regulations related to sustainability, provides administrative support
• Assists the company to achieve higher efficiency, solve organizational problems and implement innovative concepts
• Works closely with the local management, prepares regular reports, and coordinates with the Head office

Qualifications and requirements:

• University degree
• Experience in project / process management
• Business English and / or German
• Professional knowledge of relevant computer programs
