Основни отговорности:

• Представлява интересите на инвеститора на строителната площадка;
• Проследява качеството, напредъка и отчетността на всички строително-монтажни дейности, извършвани от външни изпълнители;
• Осигуряване на съответствие с проектната документация – срокове, бюджети и нормативни изисквания;
• Одобряване на ключови фази от строителството;
• Изготвяне на технически оценки и препоръки към ръководството при отклонения или проблеми;
• Валидиране на завършени работи и потвърждаване на плащания към изпълнителя;
• Комуникация с проектанти, технически надзор, строителен контрол и други външни участници;
• Участие в координационни срещи, проверки и приемателни комисии;
• Подготовка на регулярни отчети до Управляващия директор;
• Участие в процеса по издаване на разрешителни и въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация.

Изисквания към кандидата:

• Висше образование – строително инженерство (предимство: Промишлено и гражданско строителство или сходна инженерна специалност);
• Минимум 3 години опит в управлението на строителни проекти или в ролята на строителен надзор от страна на инвеститор;
• Опит с търговски, логистични или индустриални обекти;
• Добро владеене на английски език – писмено и говоримо.
• Предимство: опит с международни клиенти или чуждестранни изпълнители;

Необходими компетенции:

• Отлични познания по приложимото строително законодателство и нормативни актове – градоустройство, безопасност, противопожарна защита, енергийна ефективност, кадастър, строителен контрол и др.;
• Умения за работа с проектна и техническа документация;
• Добро владеене на AutoCAD, MS Project и други релевантни софтуери.
• Отлични организационни, комуникационни и аналитични умения.

About the Company

About the Role

This is a permanent internal position with long-term growth potential. The IT Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new MES platform, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors. After go-live (~18 months), the role will focus on ensuring the effective use and continuous optimization of the MES system, while also leading further digital transformation initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of MES implementation: planning, execution, go-live, stabilization;
• Coordinate internal teams (IT, Production, Planning, Quality) and external system integrators;
• Deliver project on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals;
• Track milestones, risks, and KPIs;
• Lead change management and user adoption;
• Report regularly to senior management;
• Plan and lead future IT and digital initiatives post go-live.

Required Qualifications:

• Several years managing IT or MES/digital transformation projects in manufacturing;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid);
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred;
• Experience with MES or shop floor systems is a strong plus;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent in English.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and MES–ERP integration;
• Vendor and system integrator management experience;
• Exposure to change management or Lean / Six Sigma.
